Project Overview
eyparent is the companion app for the eyworks nursery management platform. It enables parents to stay informed about their child's day while giving nurseries a secure and efficient way to communicate important information. Over time, new functionality had been added incrementally, resulting in a fragmented experience. Core features such as observations, daily diaries, reports, and messages existed in separate areas of the app, making it difficult for parents to quickly understand their child's daily journey. The goal of the redesign was not simply to modernise the interface but it was to create a simpler, more connected experience that reduced effort for parents while improving communication between families and nurseries.
